Setting up your ChargerGoGo station through the GoGo Host App is easy. Follow these steps to ensure your station is properly configured and ready for use.
Step 1: Tap on the “Setup” Button
Open the GoGo Host App.
Tap the “Setup” button located on the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code on the Station
Scan the QR code on your ChargerGoGo station screen to begin the setup process.
Step 3: Link to a Store
You have two options for linking your station to a store:
Link to an Existing Store
Select an existing store from the provided list.
Create a New Store
If the store is not listed, you can create a new store:
Tap the “Create” Button: Start the creation process.
Search the Store Name or Address: Enter the store name or address. The store information will be automatically added.
If you can’t find the store or address through the map, tap “Create store manually”.
Manually Move the Pin: Move the pin manually for more accurate control.
Update the Store Information: Tap “Edit Store Info” to update the store details.
Set Store Hours: Ensure the store hours are correctly set.
Step 4: Assign to a Venue Operator (Optional)
You can assign a Venue Operator (VO) to manage the station:
Fill Out Venue Operator Information
Provide the necessary details for the VO.
Revenue-Sharing and Referral Sharing Rate: Define the sharing rates for the VO.
Need to Sign: Choose this option if you require the VO to sign a host agreement.
Skip This Step
If you prefer, you can skip this step and assign a VO later.
Step 5: Setup Pricing Plan
Configure the pricing for your station:
Select a Pricing Plan
Choose one of the available pricing plans from the dropdown menu.
Toggle the Switch On: Ensure the switch is toggled on to show the station on the map.
Enter Placement Location: Specify the placement location of your station.
Step 6: Complete the Setup
Finalize your setup by checking all the details below:
VO Information (If Applicable)
Confirm the VO information.
Pricing Plan
Make sure the correct pricing plan is selected.
Station ID
Check the Station ID to ensure it is correct.
Tap the Complete Button
Once all details are confirmed, tap the complete button to finish the setup process. Your ChargerGoGo station is now ready for use!
Step 7: Conduct a Test Transaction as a User
Open the ChargerGoGo App
Log in to your ChargerGoGo App.
Scan the QR code on the station.
Select a Payment Method & Confirm
Proceed through the checkout process to ensure the station is properly set up.
Note: You have a 5-minute window to return the battery before the system starts charging your payment.
Return the Battery to the Slot
Once you return the battery to the slot, the test transaction is complete.
