His extensive civic and charitable involvement includes serving on numerous boards, receiving two Presidential appointments, and served under five Nevada governors to prestigious state agency boards such as the Nevada Gaming Commission, Athletic Commission, and Wildlife Commission. Joe has also chaired the Nevada Development Authority, the Nature Conservancy, the Nellis Support Team, and the Nevada Military Support Alliance.
