If you are near a ChargerGoGo charging station:
1. Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the charging station.
2. Tap on the web link that pops up to access our web app.
3. Login with your phone number or other third-party accounts: Facebook, Gmail, or Apple ID.
4. Select your payment method.
5. Once payment has been selected, click ‘Unlock Charger’.
6. Pick up the popped-out portable charger from the station
If you cannot find a ChargerGoGo location:
1. Locate a ChargerGoGo station on the map in the app
2. If you've located a station, tap on it to see its availability.
3. "Scan" to scan the QR code on the charging station
4. Select your payment method.
5. Once payment has been selected, click ‘Confirm’.
6. Pick up the popped-out portable charger from the station
All of our ChargerGoGo portable chargers are pre-equipped with 3 charging cables. They are micro-USB, USB Type-C, and Apple Lightning connectors.
1. Pull out the appropriate charging cables for your device from the back of the charger
2. Connect the charging cable to your device's charging port
3. When connected, the LED power indicator on the charger should light up briefly
Note: When you are done with charging, unplug the charging cable from your device and return it to its original position.
1. Locate a partnered location in our app and be sure it has at least 1 empty slot
2. Slide the portable charger back in the station with the power button facing outwards
- You will get a confirmation in the app that your rental has ended
- You will see the duration of the rental and the actual amount paid
The maximum rental period per transaction is 48 hours. After 48 hours without returning, we will charge a lost fee. If you're planning to leave our service areas, be sure to return our charger to the nearest charging station.
